Your consent records regarding commercial messages may be transferred to the Ministry of Trade via the Message Management System (İYS), in accordance with the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Electronic Messages, and based on Article 5/2(c) of KVKK, due to the necessity of fulfilling the data controller’s legal obligations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Withdrawal of Commercial Communication Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive commercial messages at any time. You can manage your preferences via:

- The unsubscribe link included in each message

- Your profile settings on al-uc.com or the mobile application (if you are an AL-UÇ member)

- The website iys.org.tr

Following receipt of your opt-out request, commercial electronic messages will be discontinued within three business days.

Cases Not Requiring Consent

Messages related to ongoing subscriptions, memberships, or services such as notifications about billing, payment reminders, information updates, purchases, and deliveries do not require prior consent and are not affected by opt-out requests. If you are a merchant or tradesperson, messages sent under the exceptions defined in the Regulation on Commercial Electronic Messages remain valid.
