2. DEFINITIONS

3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

5. GENERAL HÜKÜMÜM
5.1. The Buyer hereby agrees to the terms and conditions detailed in Article 4 of this Söz Agreement’. 5.5. If the buyer wishes to cancel/refund in airline ticket sales transactions, he/she shall be subject to the rules of the airline company with which he/she has made a transaction.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. Article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014 and numbered 29188 regulates the Right of Withdrawal and Article 15 regulates the Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal. Accordingly, the Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she knows that he/she cannot use the right of withdrawal in the cases specified in Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. These circumstances are as follows:
a) Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or provider.
b) Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
c) Contracts for services performed instantly electronically or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
d) Before the right of withdrawal period expires, agreements regarding the services started to be performed with the approval of the consumer
6.2. The refund of the ticket, which is refundable or decided to be refunded by the relevant airline, is made in accordance with the method of payment used when purchasing the ticket. The period for refunds to be credited to the relevant debit or credit card or the Buyer's account may vary depending on the banks and card programs.
7. COMPETENT COURT
In case of disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the Arbitration Committees for Consumer Problems in the place where the Buyer purchased the goods or where the Buyer's residence is located up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce’Consumer Problems Arbitration Committees; for disputes exceeding the value in question, the Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer's or Seller's residence is located are authorized.
8. YÜRÜRLÜRLÜK
All articles of this Söagreement’have been read and accepted by the Buyer and the Seller and this Söagreement has entered into force as of the date of approval by the Buyer electronically.
