Terms of Use

1. DEFINITIONS

Company refers to PEKANO TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK ORGANİZASYON SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

Website / Site refers to the website owned by the Company: www.al-uc.com.

Member refers to individuals who register on the Site by accepting the terms and conditions stated in this agreement to benefit from special and general campaigns, promotions, discounts, and other advantages related to the services offered via www.al-uc.com.

User refers to individuals who purchase or make reservations for services offered via www.al-uc.com without registering on the Site.

Support Center refers to the team that provides support services to Members and Users after the services are obtained from the relevant providers.

Supplier refers to national and international airline companies, hotels, hotel suppliers, car rental companies, tour operators, and other service providers that deliver the services listed or to be listed on the Site.

2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

To acquire "Member" status, the person must fill out the Membership Form on the Site, approve the Terms of Use of www.al-uc.com, provide accurate information, and be approved by the Company. If the applicant is a natural person, they must be at least 18 years old.

The User/Member agrees, declares, and undertakes to be responsible for the security of their passwords. They must not share their username and password with others. If the password is compromised, the Company is not liable for any damages. Misuse or unauthorized use of login credentials may result in loss of all membership rights and benefits.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights to the content on the Site—including the www.al-uc.com logo, texts, graphics, and images—are reserved. Unauthorized use for commercial or other purposes is prohibited.

The User/Member acknowledges that all content (text, data, graphics, images, logos, icons, databases, design, software, and other elements) and source codes are exclusively owned by the Company under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

4. SITE OPERATION AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

The User/Member agrees that the Company cannot be held responsible for any disruptions in the services it intermediates.

The Company acts as an intermediary between the User/Member and the Supplier for services offered on the Site. Any service-related issues are the responsibility of the Supplier.

5. OTHER PROVISIONS

Translations of these Terms of Use into other languages are for assistance only. The binding version is always the Turkish one.

By accepting these Terms of Use, the User also agrees to the Privacy Policy, the Clarification Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data, and the Cookie Policy of www.al-uc.com.

The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time by publishing changes on the Site. Changes become effective upon publication. Remaining provisions continue to be valid.

These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish law. In case of disputes, Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
